Rogers Street
Rogers Street brings together 43 historic timber lofts inside a preserved one story warehouse and 43 new townhomes and live/work homes next door.
206 Rogers / The Warehouse
Built in 1947 and directly across from Pullman Yards, the warehouse has spent decades adapting to artists, photographers, residents, and creatives who needed more room than a conventional apartment could offer. We chose to preserve it. The existing building becomes 43 loft residences with skylights, exposed timber, concrete floors, expansive rooms, and ceilings up to 22 feet.
The Rogers
Next door, 43 new two- and three-story townhomes and live/work homes feature 10-foot sidewalks, landscaped open space, a private rear alley, gated access, and storefront-style spaces for studios, offices, shops, galleries, or whatever comes next.
